As you are aware the attitude of Management has always been against SC/ST Officers and Employees, the Federation can not dispense with raising minimum issues. Hence, it was decided that all issues of deviation from reservation and concesssion policy of state which are brought to the notice of Federation will be submitted before the Management with strong voice.
We have set stiff trargets for measuring our achievements, and while comparing the results with our target the federation believes that achievements are negligible and attitude of Management is almost similar as was during these long period.
With support of all SC/ST Officers' and Employees' Fraternity we strongly believe that we can make a difference.
